A water-resistant and windproof softshell pant which looks good and actually functions. The regular fitting trouser is equipped with a generous but athletic cut and plenty of features which equip them for outdoor use.
If you needed more evidence of Ostrya's functional aspirations the added pocket on the thigh—finished with a contrasting blue zipper—is strategically positioned to interface with a climbing hardness correctly. Toggles at the ankle allow you to draw the hemp cord tighter and adjust the fit at the hem, allowing better interface with sneakers or boots especially in less-than-ideal weather situations. It's also helpful if you'd like to style your pants a little.
