When adidas first partnered with Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto in 2002, it wasn't simply another collaboration. Already known for challenging conventional tailoring and silhouette, Yamamoto brought a completely different way of looking at sportswear—one that has shaped Y-3 ever since.
