Of course Kapital can't just make a regular hoodie, instead they combine their KESA scarf with a classic crewneck to make this hybrid baddie.
The KESA hood is essentially attached atop a crewneck using a through-hole design to secure it. The scarf design is padded with polyester insulation to give weight and warmth to the design.
