The Air Jordan 6 'White Infrared' is the colourway Michael Jordan wore in his first championship season in 1991, and this 35th anniversary retro goes back to the original spec. Tinker Hatfield drew on the German sports cars of the era for the AJ6's design, and it was the first Air Jordan to get a heel tab. After the 2010 and 2014 retros used a Jumpman there, Nike Air is back on the heel, the first time this colourway has carried it since 1991.
The leather upper is perforated across the midfoot panel and collar for breathability, with a padded collar, the AJ6's lace lock and its moulded tongue. Underfoot, the visible Air unit in the heel sits above a translucent rubber outsole.
