Although GOOD ART makes many – arguably more notorious – pieces, it's the chains which really exemplify the old-world craft which inspires the label. Each link is cast, cut, soldered and polished by hand. They describe this process as meditative, but we're sure that mastering the technique is anything but.
The Model 22 chain uses a marine link – something you might expect to see on an anchor perhaps but definitely a style of jewellery linkage. The hidden clasp is almost indistinguishable from the others save for a small lip that allows the actuation – it's location marked by a neighbouring knurled link. The "3A" designation denotes a width two sizes smaller than the original version, making for a less chunky look.
