Viberg revisit the engineer boot with a vintage-inspired design that gets the proportions just right. The 8-inch shaft is shorter than a traditional engineer, with a deeper side gusset and thicker straps giving the silhouette a distinctive profile. Cut from Black Teacore Vacchetta Lucida horsebutt, the leather has a black finish that will reveal warmer brown tones as it wears, giving the boots a patina that’s entirely their own.
Built on Viberg’s 2000 last, the boot has a broad, flatter toe and a high instep suited to pull-on styles. Brass hardware adds a touch of warmth, while a channeled leather insole and 270-degree storm Goodyear welt speak to the construction underneath. A Dr. Sole half sole finishes things off with grip and durability, all handcrafted in Canada.
