Each time Junya Watanabe MAN and Levi's come together, a star is born. They seamlessly fuse the perfect amount of eachothers design language into a piece that needs little explanation. This jacket is modelled off Levi's famed Type 1 silhouette, first introduced in 1905. Initially designed for labourers, this collaboration repurposes the design for contemporary wear. It comes crafted in a rich tapestry fabric with a faded rose pattern and intentional distressing—leading me to believe this may actually be a remnant from my couch after all.
