We’re rounding out the double header of Sean Wotherspoon collaborations this week with the adidas Originals Superstar ‘Super Earth’.

At first, the Superstar was designed to be a basketball shoe, the rubber outsole was used for more flexibility and the shell-toe was made to protect the player's toes. After being adopted by the hip-hop scene in the 80’s, it became the streetwear icon that it is today.

Wotherspoon retains all the heritage of the OG Superstar whilst blending his passion for vintage streetwear together with his vegan spirit to put a unique spin on a classic. Each pair is crafted from vegan and recycled materials moving towards a cleaner zero waste construction, and inheriting it’s ‘Super Earth’ name.

Registration is now open on Up There Launches, with the draw closing on Wednesday the 2nd of September at 8AM AEST.

Sizes US7 through to US12 (including half sizes) will be available for $160AUD.
