Royce Hill began in Brooklyn in 2021, when designer Justin Hulme started making clothes for himself, pulling apart workwear and military garments to rethink their patterns and construction. That approach continues to shape the label, with an interest in fabrication, practical details and pieces designed to be worn for years.
The Drill Pant is named for drill, the hard-wearing cotton twill long used for military and work trousers, and it keeps that utilitarian cut. The front pockets are oversized and set on an angle, the waistband is wide with belt loops, and a button tab at the side lets you take the waist in should you choose.
