Nike resurfaces the famed Air Max 95 with updated tooling to more closely resemble the original, this time in conjunction with Brooklyn-based artist, Aya Brown.
Everybody should be familiar with the AM95's features: layered upper, webbed lace loops and seven visible Air 'bubbles'. What Nike has changed here is made the units larger, evident by the seam running through the centre—a feature found on the 1995 releases.
Brown's take introduces her artwork into the mix, with her signature appearing on the rubber outsole and a special-edition tongue label in place of the standard one.
