Awake NY brings its New York perspective to one of the most recognisable silhouettes in the Jordan archive, reworking the Air Jordan 6 with a mix of materials and details that give the familiar shape a different character. It's a considered take on a shoe already packed with history, from the moulded tongue to the visible Air unit that defined the model.
The upper combines suede, satin and corduroy across the familiar AJ6 panels, with Awake NY's baroque 'A' logo worked into the design alongside Jordan branding. Underfoot, the original tooling remains, finished with a translucent outsole and the visible Air cushioning that made the AJ6 such an important part of Jordan's early-'90s run.
