The ASICS GEL-KINETIC 2.0 pulls from early 2000s running models, with a focus on layered construction and a more structured feel through the upper. Synthetic leather overlays are moulded into place, giving the shoe a defined shape while nodding to familiar ASICS performance lines.
Underfoot, the tooling is centred around a reworked GEL™ setup. Scutoid-shaped pods sit directly beneath the foot, helping to distribute weight more evenly with each step. This is paired with a FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole, supported by a TPU TRUSSTIC™ cage for a stable, cushioned ride.
