The original adidas Equipment Water Moc was designed in 1997 for water activities, but Pharrell Williams' version takes things an approach that's a little more futuristic. The Water Moc keeps the laid-back slip-on spirit of the original while adding dimension and structure to the shape.
A technical upper is crossed by a wide strap that wraps over the lacing, with an elastic cord helping lock everything into place. Underfoot, a chunky grooved midsole and deep rubber tread give the shoe an outdoorsy finish, while Virginia branding adds Pharrell's stamp to the whole thing.
