Kiko Kostadinov works with Crocs on the Vaals, reworking their footwear through a mix of traditional shoemaking details and Kiko's technical language. A moc-toe construction with heavy-gauge stitching gives the upper a workwear angle, while tumbled leather and breathable sandwich mesh bring together two contrasting materials.
A custom-moulded TPU band wraps around the shoe, drawing from Crocs' Crocband styles and archival Genna shoe. Underfoot, a rubber outsole is paired with Crocs' LiteRide™ footbed, bringing lightweight cushioning to the architectural design.
