Rick Owens’ DRKSHDW line takes the designer’s visual language into a street-focused space. Launched in 2008, it’s known for elongated proportions, monochromatic styling and exaggerated takes on wardrobe staples, with footwear becoming a major part of the line’s identity.
The Giacca Outershirt is made from 13oz Japanese denim that’s been stone washed and overdyed for its mineral finish. It’s cut straight through the body and sits below the hip, with a classic collar, visible metal buttons and square chest pockets with buttoned flaps. Bevelled side seams and hem give the shape a little more going on, while internal zip pockets add some extra storage.
