Crocs collaborations are typically more than simple palette swaps, which Futura Laboratories demonstrates in full effect on this Echo Boot. As an already rugged model in its closed vamp and ankle-height cut, FL adds some mil-spec styling in its “Army Green” colourway and dog tag accessories. This is very much a pacifist’s shoe, however, with Futura’s handstyle on the ankle reading out themes of community, culture and creativity.
The ankle section of the Echo Boot is made from ripstop material and can be cinched at the top with an integrated cord, while the lower vamp is impervious to water thanks to its sealed foam and rubber construction.
