adidas go for gold with this one. The Adizero Goukana is part of the brands Originals LA collection, nodding to the city's culture and buzz. They're a sleek yet bold design which draw inspiration from the Adios Neftenga, a collaboration with the iconic Wales Bonner first released in 2008.
Made from a breathable mesh upper they're overlayed with suede and feature reflective accents that represent the electric energy of racing culture in L.A. The name 'Goukana' comes from Adizero's heritage, which means luxurious in Japanese. The main event is the chunky sole, with the brands infamous Lightstrike cushioning found in the midsole and the outsole consisting of rubber that's treaded underfoot.
