The adidas BW Army gets the Decon treatment on this new premium edition. By slimming the lining down to soft leather, the upper becomes pliable and glovelike.
The heel is also collapsible for lazy days, but wearing it the normal way provides the best sensation of the leather. A sturdy gum rubber sole sits underneath as usual for durable grip. Subtle but thoughtful details include the waxed laces and size stamped behind the tongue—a callback to vintage GAT examples.
