Dutch designer Danielle Cathari has been carving out a name for herself with an ever growing roster of sneaker collaborations, this time with Puma.
Working on the classic Suede, Cathari respects the OG model’s legacy and opts for a simple brushed finish in its namesake material. It’s the good fuzzy suede as well, one that’s not seen that often. The rich ‘Mars Red’ palette makes for a striking tone against the brown gum sole and lining, while a finer textured suede formstrip adds a final dollop of contrast. Cathari’s namesake wordmark is stamped into the tongue.
