Terms and conditions for online purchases:
Please take the time to read and agree to the terms and conditions of Up There and Lower Grounds for online purchases. If you are unclear or unsure about anything, please contact us before placing an order. We are always happy to help with your queries.
All sizes listed on our site are men's sizes unless otherwise stated.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Prices listed on the website do include GST. GST will be deducted at the checkout for all international orders (shipping outside of Australia). Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have chosen (Regular, Express or International).
PIN Payments - We accept credit card payments via PIN Payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CCV. You may receive follow up requests to verify you have obtained this information legitimately.
PayPal - PayPal allows secure payment with your Paypal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to uptherestore.com. Please allow your payment screen time to finish loading or your order may not process correctly.
Afterpay - Afterpay allows customers the facility to buy now and pay later without requiring traditional credit, upfront fees or interest. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments. To find out your eligibility, and to make an Aftrepay account either follow the directions upon checkout or head to their website.
Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically generated and mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and the corresponding order may be cancelled at any time by us due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or for any unforeseen reason or circumstance. In the event that your order is cancelled and your nominated credit card has been charged, Up There & Lower Grounds will issue a refund onto your credit card.
Sales for personal use only:
Up There and Lower Grounds only sell products on a retail basis for the personal use of the customer. We are not a wholesaler. We reserve the right to decline in whole or in part any order that appear to us to be intended for resale and we may limit the quantities of items purchased by each customer.
Changing an order:
We cannot make changes to an order that has already been received and processed. To change an order you may be required to return any goods that have already been dispatched (at your own expense) through our return channels described above. Upon completing your order and checking out you agree to be added to the Up There & Lowe Grounds mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.
Up There and Lower Grounds is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.
We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of Up There and Lower Grounds unless required by law.

Fraud Protection :
Up There and Lower Grounds are committed to ethical dealing. In order to verify the veracity of a proposed purchaser we may require the customer to email a scan of a government-issued photo ID and the front and back of their credit card. This information is not kept on file and is used only to verify that a propose purchase is bona fide. If so requested, please send an email to email@example.com with the required attachments.
