Description
The Authentic is one of the most iconic Vans styles. They sit alongside models like Chuck Taylors and the Air Force 1 as items which transcend time. These unlined boat shoes were quickly adapted by young kids trying to capture the feeling of surfing on the streets of California, with their thin soles providing incredible grip along with an almost-barefoot feeling to allow manoeuvrability.
The Reissue 44 LX (named after the Authentic's original "Model 44" name) is a perfected version of the iconic Authentic, with special attention paid to making sure it's as faithful to the originals as can be achieved.
