Fonte Jacket - ND Tartan

Size: (Select)
Total:

$1,250.00 AUD $625.00 AUD

Description

This season Nicholas Daley draws inspiration for his collection entitled "Roots to Rebel" from the influence of poet Benjamin Zephaniah and Selecter front woman Pauline Black. Ska, two-tone and the cultural contribution of the Midlands’ Afro-Caribbean community take centre-stage in Daley's story.

The Fonte jacket makes no attempts to hide the reference to Harry Belafonte in its name. Best know for his record-breaking "Calypso" – the first LP to sell over 1 million copies within a year – Belafonte is a civil rights activist, political activist and humanitarian.

With a custom Nicholas Daley tartan being the main fabric, accents are finished in a dark navy twill. Lined across the shoulders, the relaxed cut pairs well with Daley's signature aesthetic which combines musical influence with workwear cues and classic mens tailoring.
