Womens Air Jordan 5 Retro - Martian Sunrise/Black-Fire Red-Muslin

The Air Jordan 5 is a model that often finds itself in any roundup of the greatest Jordans of all time. Many of the early models are held in high regard but even amongst this stellar class the 5 stands ahead of most. It's reflective tongue, the fighter plane inspired "flames" on the midsole, the adjustable lace lock and of course... that icy sole. This release – dubbed "Dunk on Mars" – gets a bit literal with the wordplay by employing a suede which would blend in pretty well on the red planet. The black midsole is cut with a Martian Sunrise fade which evokes the type of flames which inspired Tinker Hatfield's original design. The all-important #23 features on the heel, adding a level of game-ready legitimacy as you set off to hoop on the interstellar court.
