Service Boot - Moro Horsebutt
The modern Service Boot is a culmination of 90+ years of experience for Viberg. Since founding in 1931, the company has refined and produced the Service Boot for discerning adventurers, workers and sartorialists alike. The classic lines are rivalled only by the durability and hard-working roots from which this boot has been forged. Without the Service Boot there would be no Viberg and without Viberg there would be no Service Boot.
The uppers are constructed from a Horsebutt TPR leather from the Maryam Toscanello tannery. Vegetable tanned Maryam Horsebutt TPR is top-grade, boasting a firm yet supple feel and enriched with an oil, wax, and resin mixture for a luxuriously smooth feel.
Viberg boots are made for a lifetime of wear, so a sole which can be repaired, removed and replaced is paramount to ensure that daily wear doesn't cut that experience short. A leather Viberg "Chassis" is secured to the uppers with stitchdown construction and wears a sturdy Ridgeway outsole – which of course can be replaced with wear.
