OG Classic Slip-On LX - Navy

Amongst the Vans lineup, the Slip On remains an icon amongst icons. When you think about it, it's pretty crazy to think a lace-less design could enjoy such a long and storied history, but here we are. Originally released in 1997, the Vans "Style #98" featured the same vulcanised foxing and canvas uppers of other styles, but the laces were removed in place of a one-piece vamp with elastic gusset.

Like most famed Vans silhouettes, the legend was created through the love of skaters. The large toebox panel meant there was less stitching and joins to fall apart when you were thrashing these in the bowl or at the local park. Plus no pesky laces to snap and leave you stranded!

The Classic LX spec gives you premium canvas and more attention-to-detail that makes these closer to the 1977 originals than a standard pair.
