Up There x Twin Fin Adct Club BDU Jacket - Black

A collaboration born in Chiba, Japan and Brisbane, Australia; made in the USA and devised in Melbourne town. The Up There x Twin Fin Adct Club collection embodies the ethos of what we're all about. Using deadstock garments, each has been modified and repackaged, giving it a new lease on life and saving it from a life of neglect.

Twin Fin Adct Club (TFAC) is the creation of Kaito Kubono – a member of the Up There crew and a devout surfer raised in Chiba, Japan. Kaito's love of surfing and fashion are combined into TFAC to create a mish-mash of references that sum up the man himself perfectly. In anticipation of this capsule, we sat down with Kaito for an interview which you can read here.

The TFAC BDU Jacket is based on our in-house design which is made from 100% cotton drill in Los Angeles. We embroidered the UT and TFAC logos onto the chest in Melbourne before handing them all over to Kaito. That's when the man himself worked his magic, hand embroiding every piece with a blanket stitch along the collar and pocket edges.
