Saucony's Shadow Grid 2 is twice as nice as the Shadow Grid 1, nobody talks about even. Sometimes the sequel really is better than the original, think Godfather II and less 2 Fast, 2 Furious.

Using their famed G.R.I.D midsole— with periods in the name proving it's way more official—the comfort, response and speed was out of this world back in 1996. To this day, Saucony manage to make some of the most comfortable retro sneakers on the market, and their materials are fantastic as well. The main difference?
