The Rebuild collection is a range synonymous with Japanese label Needles, paying homage to founder Keizo Shimuzu's pastime sourcing vintage garments in America. This is done by handcrafting a patchwork of different fabrics to create unique garments.
The Ribbon Flannel has strips of contrasting fabric sewn across the chest in a manner that's a bit reminiscent of the iconic ruffle shirts which graced dance floors of the 1970s. Each strip is cut from an existing vintage flannel, adding to the eclectic nature that exemplifies Needles Rebuild.
Unlike the more advanced cut series of shirts, the Ribbon Flannel has a more standard shape thanks to the details being added atop a single shirt.
