Sigfred Space Dye - Heathland Brown

Sigfred is one of the staple pieces in the Norse Projects line, with seasonal variations and colours rotating around a core range of everyday essential colours. It's basically the Norse take on a classic college sweater; although it's nothing like what a bunch of stinky 20-somethings would wear around campus.

This seasonal version is comprised of a mix of cotton, mohair and alpaca for a warm, fuzzy finish. The coloured pattern is achieved through space dying technique, which sees the yarn dyed along its length. The result tends to have a slightly mottled, almost static effect. Mixed with the naturally hairy look of the mohair it creates a fun sweater for those days when you want something a bit different.
