Ryan Varsity Jacket - Dark Navy

In typical Norse fashion, what seems like a relatively standard jacket, is anything but. The Ryan jacket is constructed from a melton wool produced by Italian mill Manteco to give a weight and structure befitting of such a classic piece of outerwear. The fabric itself is called MWool® – a fabric using a low-impact recycling process of pre and post-consumer knits.

Insulation comes from another Italian source: Milanese manufacturer Thermore®. Their 100% recycled Ecodown® insulation consumes 10 PET plastic bottles in order to create the down for each jacket.

Ribbed cuffs are complimented by a pointed collar and zip – a change from the ribbed collar and snap buttons you might expect. The body comes with welted hand pockets and a felt-backed chenille N patch on the chest.
