When you need to shield your precious legs from the chilly wind there's no better option than these fancy ACG windshell pants. As it says on the box, these are built to battle the wind but they'll also put up a decent fight against a sprinkling of rain. They're not going to keep you dry in a downpour but they'll see you through a light shower.
There's elastic aplenty to ensure a comfortable fit, with the ankles also packing a zipper to fit them over anything bulky like a pair of boots. You get a couple of pockets for essentials but these are definitely more about protection than portage so keep that in mind.
