96Yarns Crochet Stretch Socks - Ecru
These Kapital socks are a mix between Japanese fashion and those blankets that every nan had tucked away somewhere in the linen cupboard. Crochet blankets are a staple of the Aussie childhood winter experience for certain generations and you can keep the tradition alive with these socks. It's almost certain Kapital has no ideas what we're on about – let alone used it for inspiration – but that doesn't matter.
One thing to note: although they sock itself is made from a tight 96-yarn weave, the crochet embroidery creates loose 'back threads' inside the sock – you know the ones I'm talking about. It's not an issue, just make sure you cut your toenails before you go shoving your foot in there or else you might end up snagging the line, if you catch my drift.
