The year of 'His Airness' is upon us – 2023 marks the year of MJ. A year denoted by Michael Jordan's iconic 23 is sure to be a banger. Another number of significance for this 'Lucky Green' AJ1 is 63 – the number of points Michael Jordan alone scored against the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of the 1986 Eastern Conference quarterfinals.

The Bulls actually lost that game, but Jordan smashed the record for the highest points tally of any player in a playoffs game. The performance spurred all-star Larry Bird to quip "I think he's God disguised as Michael Jordan" – such was the herculean effort.

Jordan Brand commemorate the effort with this flip on the OG "Black Toe" colourway – subbing out the iconic Chicago red for a Lucky Green hue.
