Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG - Black/Fire Red-Lt Smoke Grey

Thankfully Nike has started dialling back on the amount of Jordan 1 releases compared with a few years back. We're never ones to complain but it was feeling like an onslaught for a little while there. Now, the releases come less regularly and with far more consideration. Gone are the days of technicolour camels (except if J Balvin is involved) and now we get shoes more focussed on subtletly and quality.

The "washed black" suede is actually more of a dark grey but the internet has dubbed it as such, so we're powerless in the matter. Naming convention aside, we're always fans of keeping things simple on the AJ1. The largely monochrome uppers are accented with a tiny, but impactful hit of Fire Red on the tongue label and the hint of yellow in the midsole's off-white finish.
