Multi-pocket 50/50 Anorak - Burnt Orange
Before everyone was runnning around in GORE-TEX® Infinium Challenge 3000 PERTEX shields people wore "coats" when it was wet. There was waxed cotton, a bit of Ventile® and even rubberised stuff, but in reality things were far simpler and yet still managed to do the job. Most outdoorsmen ran around in something quite similar to the Checks jacket you're looking at here, with a myriad of pockets and a cotton/poly combination.
The inclusion of a 50/50 mix of organic and synthetic fabric creates a durable, comfortable and practical jacket that works for 90% of life's situations. If it's a bit cold, wet or windy – chuck it on. Got a bit too wet and the jacket's damp? Let it dry out. When you need somewhere to stow your stuff – put it in a pocket. If you need to protect your head then simply put the hood up. Sometimes it's better to not overcomplicate things.
