Casentino Strapback Cap - Pink
Casentino wool originates from Tuscany, Italy. The distinctive texture sits somewhere between fleece and shearling in appearance, but it's definitely a thing of its own. Invented in the 14th century, for outdoorsy people (and animals), the cloth is made of local sheep wool, heavily brushed to compress and give it warmth and water-resistance.
Checks took that recognisable fabric and applied it to their classic strapback cap for a mix of tradition and modern-day fashion.
