UN1-S Jogger X81 - Oyster Grey

The UN1-S JOGGER X81 is yet another contemporary ASICS model created by the studio of Kiko Kostadinov. A chimera of sorts, the model combines details from no less than four archival styles: the Ultimate, Tiger Paw X1 , Sortie Lite Gona and X-Caliber. This long list of references would be a concern for anyone unfamiliar with the Kostadinov team's previous complex-yet-cohesive designs.

One eye-catching feature is the Cush-Hole midsole. Lifted from the Onitsuka Tiger Ultimate, the design is updated for improved cushioning and stability. The outsole mimics the form of collapsed Hawaiian volcanoes and prevents soil build-up when running off-road – an unlikely problem for anyone wearing these in the first place...
