TRX Vintage - Light Blue/Core White

Although starting life as a marathon runner in the 1970s, the TRX became an adidas icon thanks to adoption by the famed English football casuals and their terrace style which has continued to inspire fashion to this day.

The lightweight uppers are constructed from a smooth nylon and soft suede overlays – an iconic '70s runner combination. The thick EVA foam midsole is protected with an aggressive rubber sole which, by today's standards, seems like overkill. Indeed these come from an era where longevity and versatility sat at the forefront of a designer's mind – with less focus on marginal weight-savings which provide little real-world impact.
