SL72 Knit x Wales Bonner - TEAGRN/COGOLD-DBROWN

adidas & Grace Wales Bonner continue to expand their world through collaboration with another collection. Drawing from the same African roots which have inspired her previous collections, Bonner revisits classic silhouettes which she knows well. Distinctly drawing from the culture of Burkina Faso in West Africa, the collection continues her research into music and photography from the 1970s and 80s.

Wales Bonner is no stranger to the SL72, having worked on it for this collection before. The slim silhouette pairs perfectly with the late 70s aesthetic for which the brand is known. Here we see an exercise in evolution over revolution, with material and colour edits along with small blanket stitched touches which elevate them into the Wales Bonner universe.
