NMD S1 x Philllllthy - Ambient Sky/Crew Navy

adidas has called upon Phillip Leyesa – better known by his Philllllthy alias – to create a unique version of the NMD S1 sneaker. 

Inspired by the distressed, rebuilt and remade denim of Philllllthy, the NBM S1 is made with a mottled Primeknit upper. Tones of blue, grey and beige blend together in a knitted pattern, overlaid with translucent blue TPU panels. The rope laces are made from a chenille textile which gives a slightly ragged finish similar to the raw edges of Philllllthy outerwear.

The signature maximalist sole tooling of the NMD S1 is finished in a matching translucent blue to match the TPU overlays, below it hides the BOOST cushioning. The outsole is rendered in a pleasant hue of gum, a classic touch and one we never grow tired of.
