Nike DNA CH. 1 Air Max 1 + Huarache Pack Scream Green University Red

One debuted in 1987 while one first released in 1991, but the Nike Air Max 1 and Air Huarache are both interwoven into the fabric of the Swoosh Brand’s history as two incredibly important and influential silhouettes.

Now, they’ve received an interesting mix-up as part of the DNA CH.1 pack. The AM1 takes on the Huarache’s signature 'Scream Green' colorway, while the Huarache adapts the AM1’s original 'University Red' make-up. Each pair features more than just a colour swap, with the modified Air Max 1 taking on a neoprene tongue, alternate heel build, and extra eyelets on the quarter to lock in the Huarache’s signature sock-like style, and the Huarache boasts an Air Max-esque tongue badge and raised mudguard to complete the duo.

Both pairs are now available in store and online, with all of the finer details after the jump...

Nike Air Jordan 4 Retro 'FIBA' Gym Red Metallic Silver Obsidian

Jordan Brand is looking to cap off the 2019 FIBA festivities with a special Air Jordan 4 Retro that commemorates the occasion with a global-themed concept. Contrary to its primarily crisp white Jordan 12 counterpart, this iteration opts for an opposing colour-scheme with the Gym Red doused colourway taking on a premium tumbled leather upper accented with hints of navy throughout. Paying homage to the international nature of the tournament, the Jordan 4 “FIBA” swaps out the standard mesh-filled panels for a textured mosaic of participating teams' flags.

Pairs will release at midnight (12am) this coming Saturday the 7th of September. Sizes US8 through to US13 (including some half sizes) will be available for $280AUD

Nike The 10th React Ianga + Sertu

Nike deliver their latest chapter ‘The 10th’ with the React Ianga, and Sertu silhouettes. Each pair pays homage to co-founder Bill Bowerman’s time serving in the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division during World War II.

As Bowerman and his men’s primary responsibility was to bravely scale snowy alpine peaks for the Allied cause, the shoe enlists just enough combat-ready design details and materials to tell their story succinctly. The base combines tightly-woven rugged black fabric with tumbled black leather, while wheat detailing and trim dispersed around the upper’s oblong mid-foot overlay, collar, and abstract-shaped heel piece nod to standard-issue GI boots. There’s only a single small Swoosh present on each shoe, and it’s placed at the bottom of the throat’s lace overlay, while a “The 10th” badge on the lateral heel collar provides the most direct salute to Bowerman’s service. Down below, an instantly recognisable white React midsole with a plethora of gum rivets and a single pop of bright orange completes the look.

The Sertu continues to take on inspiration from the rugged outdoor expeditions through premium suede and leather overlays, combined with subtle homages to past Nike silhouettes with woven detailing.

Both pairs will release at midnight (12am) this coming Friday the 6th of September. Sizes US7 through to US13 (including some half sizes) will be available in the Langa for $190AUD and Sertu for $220AUD

Asics X Affix Works Gel-Kinsei

AFFIX WORKS lies in the hands of many a talented individual with brain child of burgeoning high fashion designer Kiko Kostadinov, renowned stylist Stephen Mann, jack of all trades Taro Ray, and Gimme Five founder Michael Kopelman, all coming together to spearhead the pirate radio show turned clothing imprint. After having his hand at a few collaborations with Asics, Kiko's AFFIX imprint is now receiving their own turn with the GEL-Kinsei being their choice of silhouette.

Taking on bright tones, both forthcoming colorways are influenced by hi-vis with the brighter pair opting into the blinding visage of a highlighter yellow and small notes of red detailing, its counterpart is flipped into a slightly darker variant, with deep blues taking up the seat of the focal tones and bright orange arriving across the scattered accents.

Take your pick of Brown Stone or Illusion Blue colourways as they release through our online store at midnight tonight.

Sizes US7 through to US13 (whole sizes only) will be available for $290AUD.
